Assessment Hub SMS Terms & Conditions

The Assessment Hub SMS program ("the Program") is administered by the Center for the Application of Information Technologies (CAIT) at Western Illinois University. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages through your adult education program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Program Description

The Program sends a text message to students who have been enrolled in the Assessment Hub by their adult education program. The message confirms enrollment and provides a link to schedule an assessment appointment.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your enrollment and scheduling activity. Typically, students should expect one message per testing request submitted on their behalf.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may re-enroll by contacting your adult education program.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program is compatible with most major US mobile carriers.

Privacy

Use of the Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how student information is collected and used.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
