Teachers share. It’s what we do. It’s who we are. I’m asking you to share it with us.

During these crazy COVID times, we have had to reinvent ourselves practically on a weekly basis. You have solved problems, found new ways to skin that proverbial cat (who does that? That’s disgusting!), and I am asking you to share the results of your extraordinary problem-solving. What do we do when we’re feeling powerless? We reach out and form a stronger community.

Please submit your short video of a problem you encountered and how you solved it. Tell us the story of how the challenge emerged, your thought processes, and the resulting changes you made. We want to compile your brilliance and offer it to those who might be facing similar obstacles. We can help each other by pooling our compassion, our problem-solving, and our creativity.

Here’s what we would like to see from you:

One brief recorded video. This can just be you, sitting at your computer or phone, talking about your scenario. We don’t need you to transform into Scorsese.
Try to keep your story around 3 minutes in length. We are hoping to have a wealth of submissions, and we plan to collate these together into a video we will make available on our YouTube channel. Please include all of the following:

  • Your Name
  • Affiliation
  • Your Title
  • Email address
  • Cell phone number
  • Best place to reach you if we have questions
  • One brief statement about the subject matter of your video (i.e. “This is how I dealt with attendance issues”)

We want to be sure you receive credit for your work!

We have created a secure file server to share your videos, so once you’ve recorded it and are happy with it, you can click the “Upload Video” button below to upload your recording.

I can’t wait to see your faces and hear your brilliant ideas!

See you in the movies!
